1. Nanjing Yuhua Feather and Down Factory:
- A professional factory specializing in the production and refined processing of high-grade feather and down raw materials.
- Equipped with more than 150 skilled workers.
- The factory has an annual production capacity of 3,000 tons and is equipped with multiple advanced water washing and feather sorting production lines, ensuring excellent raw material quality.
2. Nanjing Meihua Feather and Down Products Co., Ltd feather and down factory
- A leading home textile production base with a complete range of product categories.
- The factory has more than 800 experienced employees (including over 400 skilled sewing workers).
- Equipped with 50 single-needle quilting machines, 10 various types of multi-needle quilting machines, and 5 sets of automated production lines (2 sets for quilts, 2 sets for bed sheets, and 1 set for pillowcases).
- Its annual production capacity can reach 2 million comforters and duvets, 10 million pillows, 5 million bed sheet sets, and 3 million various blankets.
